Dancing with the Stars, Season 3, Week Three

The night was opened with the dancing partners, Cheryl Burke and Emmet Smith.

The judges gave them a rating of 19, their lowest so far in the competition.

Next were Monique Coleman and Louis Van Amstel who danced the jive and they were rated 27 by the judges.


Harry Hamlin and Ashly DelGrosso danced the tango. The judges noted a lot of improvement from Harry. They were rated with a score of 22.


Willa Ford and Maksim Chmerkovskiy danced the jive. They got a score of 22.

Jerry Springer and Kym Johnson danced the tango. They were rated 21 by the judges.

Sarah Evans and Tony Dovolani danced a cowboy-inspired jive. The judges praised Sarah and gave them a score of 25.

Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff danced the tango but the judges felt that the duo broke the rules again. Their score was 22.

Vivica Fox and Nick Kosovich danced the tango with a score of 27.

Last pair was Joey Lawrence and Edyta Sliwinska. They danced the jive with a score of 22.

Tucker Eliminated in the Dancing with the Stars

Having received the lowest votes from the judges as well as the viewers, Tucker was eliminated tonight togehter with partner Elena Grinenko.


Tucker is an MSNBC news anchor -- and often controversial -- conservative political TV pundit and columnist. He was partnered with professional dancer Elena Grinenko, who makes her series debut this season.

According to Bruno, it is not the fault of the partner. He was sitting for 30 seconds of his routine. He strongly believed that in all of them, he was really the the who has to go.

Tonight is the premiere night of the Dancing with the Stars. First night for the Dancing with the Stars and as of this minute Cheyl Burke and her
star partner Emmet, garnered 24 points from the three judges. Mario Lopez was ahead with 26.
