Lindsay Lohan is having a bad week. First, her ex-boyfriend Riley Giles (whom she met in rehab and spent Thanksgiving with) told Britain’s News of the World that Lohan “quit coke and got hooked on sex with me,” and now Giles is selling photos he took of Lohan while they were together.

On Dec. 26, dozens of magazine editors awoke to an e-mail from a well-known photo agency. The e-mail included several snapshots of Lohan in various states of undress, and boasted that the pics were “personal photos taken by Riley Giles while he was dating Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan did not only reveal the kinkiness of their sexual encounters; he even called her SEX ADDICT.

NEW YORK - Lindsay Lohan’s ex-boyfriend Riley Giles, whom she met during her time at the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah, is now speaking out to a British tabloid about Lindsay’s personal life.

In a new interview with Britain’s News of the World, Giles says that Lohan is a sex addict and he goes into somewhat graphic description of what they did together and tells of what she looks like without clothes on.

Giles asserts to the tabloid that Lohan “quit coke & got hooked on sex with me.” He also describes a mountain cabin getaway where the two went to escape rehab together. He says they locked the door, tore off their clothes and went at it “like rabbits.”

Is Casey Aldridge, Lynn baby's father guilty of statutory rape?

The pregnancy of Jamie Lynn who's 16 year old could be case of statutory rape, although it appears that there was consensual sex between the two.

Here are the opinions depending on what state he is going to be prosecuted.

LOS ANGELES - The pregnancy of 16-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears brings up a lot of questions, but the one on many minds is whether this could be a case of statutory rape.

Jamie Lynn has told OK! that Casey Aldridge is the father of her baby.

While there are varying reports about Aldridge’s age, most place him at either 18 or 19, making him an adult, while Spears, at 16, is still a minor.

Whether the consensual sex with Spears can be considered a crime depends on which state the baby was conceived in.

If the baby was conceived in California, where Spears filmed “Zoey 101” for Nickelodeon, and where she and Aldridge have often been spotted together, Aldridge could have committed a crime.

California law makes a distinction in the weight of the crime charged, based on the age of the people involved. Because Aldridge is not more than three years older than Spears, getting her pregnant in California could be a misdemeanor under state law.

As for the potential penalty, prosecutors could push for up to a year in jail.

In Louisiana, the state in which Spears said she plans to raise her baby, Aldridge is up for just one penalty, dependant on whether he is 18 or 19.

If he is 18, no crime has been committed.

If he is 19, however, Aldridge could be charged with a felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. The maximum penalty for the felony could be up to 10 years in prison, with or without hard labor.

In Aldridge’s home state of Mississippi, where he reportedly works as a pipe layer, statutory rape only applies to sex with persons 15 years of age or younger.

However, regarding the states where the conception could be considered a crime, defense attorney Jeffrey Steinberger, told “Access Hollywood” that prosecuting Aldridge is highly unlikely.

OK! magazine reports that 16-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears (sister to the infamous Britney) is expecting a baby. The due date has not been revealed, but TMZ.com reports that the father is Casey Aldridge, whom Spears met at church and has been dating.

Spears recently responded coyly when asked if she was returning to her Nickelodeon TV show, “Zoey 101.” “I don’t know. I don’t know,” she told the Associated Press.

Despite the lowest scores from the judges, Marie Osmond and Jonathan Roberts are included in the Finals. They were declared safe. Marie Osmond has a lot of followers aside from a big family who supported her in the duration of the dancing competition.

So who's going to be eliminated? I am guessing that it is Jennie Garth.

I am not entirely sold to the perfect score for their last dance performance. She failed to impress me with her hips movement.

But Mel Brown is also not quite sure of not being eliminated.

But she was already declared safe by Tom.

More troubles are coming for Britney Spears.

ET confirms BRITNEY SPEARS is under investigation by the LAPD for allegedly running over a deputy officer's foot while leaving a recent custody hearing.

According to LAPD media relations, Britney was leaving the courthouse and a deputy was injured, but they are "unable to confirm details on the deputy's injury because the investigation is at its initiation."

The deputy was reportedly helping the oft-paparazzi besieged star leave the parking lot.
